Approach

This is your time. You can talk about what you want to talk about. You want to talk about sex, anxiety, anger, depression? That's great - lets talk about it!

This is your time to be in charge. I've heard it all, so let's get to it and work on your goals.

Many people can have a good outcome with only a few sessions. This is not traditional psychotherapy. I'll focus on the here and now to get you feeling better as soon as possible. As always, if there is something else you need to talk about, such as past childhood events, we can do that too. Let's be serious and address the issues while trying to keep it as entertaining as possible.
