Emotion Regulation Group Therapy

Learn to cope with life's stressors. Maybe you are angry, stressed, sad, or just feeling out of sorts. This group is limited to five dedicated people who want to improve their lives and help other group members at the same time.

Manage your emotions so you can regain those stressed or lost relationships.

Learn from other group members that you are not alone in feeling angry, sad, anxious, stressed or overly emotional.

Each Tuesday evening

This is an open ended group, which means that people will go as long as they feel it is necessary



$60 per group session, as well as assessment appointment. An individual assessment (by appointment only) is required in order to start the group.
