Keeping Your Appointment

Almost all of my clients keep their appointments and give me plenty of notice if they cannot make it. It is very important for you to keep the appointment you have scheduled.  You owe it to yourself to get the full benefit of therapy.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please give me at least one business day’s notice (excluding weekends and holidays).  If there is a cancellation on the same day (or night before) there is not time to book the people who are on the waiting list.

I am able to keep my waitlist short because most of my clients keep their appointments.  Late cancellations hurt my clients who are on the waiting list and leaves me sitting in my office with nothing to do.  My job is to help people and it frustrates me when I must sit in my office with nothing to do.

Late Cancellation = less than 1 business day’s notice (excluding weekends and holidays.  If you have a Monday appointment, call before Friday.  If you have a Wednesday appointment, call before Tuesday.

I do not want to charge you the $75 late cancellation or no-show fee.  Please give me notice and this will allow me to serve other clients who are in need of help.

Thanks so much for working to join the rest of my clients who keep their appointments.  This helps you and others in need of help!
