The teen support group is for 13-17 year old males and females dealing with stress and/or depression. This group helps teens manage the many stresses and complexities of daily life.
I urge those teens who find life a bit overwhelming to check out the group.
Teen Support Group information {printable}
- 1st and 3rd Monday of each month
- 6:30pm to 7:30pm
- Located at Heartland Clinic
- There is no charge for the group
- I facilitate the group
